Excellent health – and excellent health care – happens when we all come together. At the Westfields Hospital & Clinic Foundation, we put this idea front and center. In fact, it’s our mission: To improve the health and well-being of our patients, families, and community through partnerships and philanthropy. We meet health needs here in New Richmond and across western Wisconsin by supporting patient care, medical research, and the education of health professionals. Your tax-deductible contributions help to make health care accessible to all by funding the equipment, care, and health education that keep our community strong.

• Area of Greatest Need – This fund is used to provide internal grants to departments for training, equipment and other significant needs. 
• Cancer Center Little Blessings – This fund helps support our Westfields patients with cancer to provide care bags along with gift cards for various services including gas cards, groceries and meal deliveries if needed. 
• Community Grants – This fund provides grants to local non-profit organizations who align with our mission to enhance health and wellness in the community we serve. 
• Good Samaritan – This fund provides assistance of up to $250 per patient per year who may experience financial hardships upon discharge and need support to return home safely. This may include gas cards, taxi vouchers, medications and durable medical equipment. 
• Mission in Action Fund – This new fund allows us the flexibility to extend care beyond the hospital and clinic by supporting employee and community wellness. Contributions help ensure patients have quality care close to home. 
• Patient Care – This fund supports patients directly when in need. Examples include clean clothing upon discharge of the ED or hospital, activity kits for kids, BP cuffs to take home and monitor health to help reduce need for rehospitalization and overall health conditions. 
• Patient Transportation Fund – This fund provides support and helps sustain our transportation services for patient to travel to and from their medical appointments, so they have access to the care they need.
• Scholarship Fund – This fund supports both employees and their dependents who are obtaining education in the medical field.
